This usually means your progress isn’t connected to the account you’re using. Try this:
- Log out and back in using your King or Facebook account
- Double-check you’re using the correct login details
- If your progress wasn’t saved before, it can’t be restored automatically—but you can create an account and contact Player Support for help recovering your levels.

⭐ My game is crashing or not working
If your game keeps crashing, freezing, or won’t load, try:
- Restarting the game
- Closing other apps and restarting your device
- Checking for game updates
- Making sure your device software is up to date

⭐ My boosters disappeared (missing boosters)
Boosters are saved on the device where they were earned, so they won’t transfer automatically to another device. If you’re on the same device, try:

⭐ I didn’t receive a reward from an event (missing rewards)
Rewards can sometimes take a little time to show up. Make sure:
