If your game is freezing or crashing, try the steps listed to improve performance. Restart your device, close background apps, and make sure both your game and iOS are fully updated. Check your internet connection and free up memory if needed.

Also, please be aware that any Boosters or extra Lives stored in the game may be lost in the process of carrying out these steps, so it's worth trying to use them up, especially before deleting and reinstalling the game.
Restart your device
- Force close all open apps
- Follow these steps to restart your device
Check for game updates
- Open the App Store
- Tap on your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes
- If your game is listed, tap "Update".
Check for device updates
- Ensure you’re running the latest software for your device
Check your device's memory
Please ensure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device.
Removing any unused Apps, pictures and videos can improve game performance. Please read these steps to check your device's memory.
Check Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as many games require an active connection to function correctly. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if that improves performance:
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Turn Cellular Data on or off for any app or service that can use cellular data.
Turn off VPN
You might be using a Virtual Private Network (VPN). In that case, try removing its settings as a next step. To remove VPN settings installed by a configuration profile:
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Select VPN & Device Management
- Select the configuration profile
- Tap Remove Profile. This also removes other settings and accounts provided by the profile. See Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone.
Background Apps
It’s possible that an app running in the background affects game performance. Here’s how to close unresponsive apps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/109359
Run a speed test
It will tell you if your download and upload speed is fast enough:
- Open your Safari browser
- Go to Google.com
- Type in Internet Speed test on the search bar
- At the top of all results, you should see a text and a blue button that reads “Run speed test”
- Tap on it and run a test
If the results are not satisfactory, you please ensure your Wi-Fi router is placed in an optimal location for better coverage, and restart your router or reset network settings on your iPhone to resolve connectivity issues.
Reinstall the game
As a last resort, try deleting and then reinstalling the game:
