Summary
If your boosters seem to be missing, don’t worry—they might not be gone! Boosters stay on the device where they were earned, so they won’t move to another device. If you're still on the same device, try logging out and back into your game account to restore them. And if there's a temporary issue, check the Help Center for updates.
If you haven't reinstalled the game, but don’t see any boosters on your account, don’t despair, it’s possible that they are not truly lost!
Playing from a different (or new) device
If you’re playing from a different device, we recommend you to use all your boosters on your first device before moving over to the new one, as boosters can’t be transferred between devices.
Playing on only one device
If you’re playing on the same device as always, we recommend going through the following troubleshooting to get your boosters back:
- Return to the main screen where the 'Play' button appears and tap on “My account.”
- Log Out from the current account.
- Log back in. This is how you do it:
If you have a King account:
- Tap on “Retrieve My Progress/Save My Progress.”
- Log in with your email address and password to get your boosters back.
If you use Facebook to save progress:
- Open the Facebook app on your device and ensure you're logged into your correct Facebook profile (this is a very important step!)
- Open the game and tap on “Retrieve My Progress/Save My Progress.”
- Select the blue Facebook button to log in
If this hasn’t helped, it’s possible that there is a temporary issue affecting our games, for which we’ll post updates in the Help Center. If you don’t see a specific announcement, hang tight–everything should be back to normal soon!
