Summary
If you open the game and find a pop-up telling you that your account has been deleted, it can be because you (accidentally) requested an account deletion, or because you've recently deleted the Facebook account that was linked to the game. If none of these options apply, get in contact with Player Support.

Have you accidentally submitted a deletion request from your device?
All our games include a button to make it easy for our players to delete their accounts if that's what they wish. This button is located next to the Help Center and Community buttons, and it takes you to an article with all the information you need to make your decision, and you need to press another button at the article's bottom to confirm that you want the deletion process to start.
Have you recently requested your Facebook account to be deleted, and it was linked to one or multiple King games?
If your game was linked to Facebook, and you requested a Facebook account deletion, this will also include your game account to be deleted. Please double-check that your Facebook account is still active.
If it hasn’t been deleted and your game account is still missing, please get in touch with our Player Support team and we'll be glad to investigate this further.
