To keep your King account secure, some games may ask you to verify your email. Just check your inbox and tap “Yes, it’s mine” in the message we send—within 48 hours. You only need to verify once per email, and you can still play even if you haven’t confirmed yet.
We’re adding an extra layer of security to your King account. Some games will now ask you to verify your email when you:
- Create a new account
Open the account menu in-game
Here’s how it works
1.- Get the prompt
You’ll see a screen asking you to confirm your email.
2.- Check your email inbox
3.-Tap "Yes, it’s mine" in the message we send. The link is valid for 48 hours.
Pending status
Until you confirm, you’ll see a “pending” note in your account menu. You can update your email or resend the link anytime.
Link expired?
If 48 hours pass, no problem—you’ll be asked to start again.
Do I need to verify for every King game?
No—just once per email linked to your King account.
Can I still play?
Yes! You can keep playing. Verification only affects your account settings access.
