Summary
If a purchase hasn’t appeared in your game, it must be disputed directly through Facebook, since they manage the transactions. Go to Settings > Orders & Payments on Facebook (desktop) to review your transaction history and dispute the missing purchase. For more help, visit Facebook’s Help Center.
Since in-game purchases are managed by third-party platforms like Facebook, you'll need to dispute the purchase on Facebook for us to review and take action. Follow these steps to dispute a purchase:
Access Facebook settings
Go to your Facebook news feed on a PC/Laptop and click the down arrow by your avatar at the top right of the page.
Open Settings & Privacy
Select Settings & Privacy, and click on Settings.
Locate Orders & Payments
Next, please select Orders & Payments/ Facebook Pay from the left-hand side of the Account Settings page.
Review your Transaction History and dispute the Purchase
You'll then be shown all the transaction history of purchases you've made on Facebook. Just click the one for the relevant game, and you'll be able to 'dispute' it. For more information, please visit Facebook's Help Center
