There are three possible scenarios, and in this guide we'll provide you with steps to get assistance in each three of them:
1.- You already connected your to a King or Facebook account
2.- You never connected your game to any type of account
3.- You're not sure! (and who could blame you?)
If you just lost access to your progress, or can't access to your old device, please go back and follow the 'I can't find my progress in the game – How to retrieve my levels' guide instead to get the right assistance.
1. If you're already connected to a King account or Facebook
Great news—this is the easiest way to transfer your progress!
- Install the game on your new device.
- Log in using your King account or Facebook.
That’s it! Your game progress and Gold Bars will automatically appear on your new device.
2. If you’ve never connected your game to an account
No worries—you’ll just need to do a quick setup on your old device before moving to the new one. Here’s how:
1. Open the game on your old device.
2. Save your progress by connecting to a King account or Facebook.
You have two options:
Option A: Create a King account
- Open the game and select ‘Sign up with email’.
- Choose an avatar and nickname.
- Enter your email address, create a password, and you're all set!
Option B: Connect to Facebook
- Open the game and tap the blue ‘Continue with Facebook’ button.
- Make sure Facebook is active on your device and you're linking to the correct profile—especially if the device is shared with someone else.
3. Install the game on your new device.
4. Log in on the new device:
If you created a King account, select ‘Already have a King account’ and log in with your email and password.
If you connected to Facebook, just tap ‘Continue with Facebook’.
And you're all set! Your game progress and Gold Bars should now be available on your new device.
3. 🤔 Not sure if you've ever connected your game to an account?
No problem! Here's what you can do:
- Go to your old device
- Tap on "Sign Up"
- If your email is linked to an account, you'll get the error message "Wrong email/password combination". If you have forgotten your password, please tap on "Forgot your password?" to recover it
Tip: You can also try logging in with Facebook on your new device if you think you might’ve used it before!
Why does connecting to an account matter?
Linking your game to Facebook or a King account syncs your progress with our servers. That way, your progress and Gold Bars stay safe and can be transferred across any device you use.
What about Boosters and Lives?
Boosters, Extra Lives, and Extra Moves are saved locally on your device. This means they won’t transfer to your new device.
But don’t worry—if you still have your old device, those Boosters will still be there. Why not use them up to beat a few tricky levels before switching?
