To keep your game progress safe, you need to back it up. You can do this by creating a King account or connecting to Facebook. This way, your progress won't be lost if something happens to your device, and you can play across multiple devices without starting over.
The gameplay progress you make is only saved into the memory of your device, which can be lost if it's not backed up. This is why we recommend you save your game on a King account or on Facebook.
Create a King account
- Open your game ad tap on the button that reads Save your progress/Retrieve your progress
- Choose the 'Sign up with email' option.
- Then (and don't skip this part!) enter your email address, choose a password, and that's it – you now have a King account.
Connect the game to a Facebook account
- Open your game ad tap on the button that reads Save your progress/Retrieve your progress
- Make sure that you have Facebook active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind if you share your device with another Facebook user)
